The Yellow Book isn't scared local businesses will replace Yellow Page advertising with Google Local:

By and large, small businesses in America are not going to self-provision. Small businesses don't buy advertising. Someone sells it to them.

In other words, if you're a local advertiser, doing Google or Yahoo Local is a great way (not to mention a cheaper way) to get yourself noticed.
